One of Rwanda’s most respected teachers in Rwandan traditional dances, Kayigemera Sangwa Aline is a 2nd generation singer and dancer. She is the director of the prestigious cultural dance troupe Intayoberana and won the title of 2nd place in the East Africa Got Talent competition in 2019. In this workshop Aline will teach some basic steps as well as a bit of context in regards to the history of this dance and its role in society today. Not to be missed…
